Also: The last shipment to Brasil was held in customs awaiting inspection & clearance. With your new system of MPID it was just a "cut & paste" of the package contents to an e-mail, filling out a custom release, and my package was liberated. Comments: Just wanted to say: you guys do a great job! We used to have a mail forwarding service in NYC that charged 5 times as much as did a sloppy job -- such as sending us other people's mail. This morning I have an important package on my desk (in Toronto) that was in my USAbox yesterday afternoon. Now here it is, no fuss, no problems, and economical delivery as well. We don't get much mail, being a web business, but what we do get is very important to us. Thanks for the top quality service and you can be sure we'll recommend you when we can.


I wanted to follow-up to confirm that I did receive your shipment today, Monday, July 22. The test has shown that DHL can deliver to our new address in Trancoso. This is excellent news and we are very excited that our mail can now be delivered in such a timely way.

Today I requested that the remainder of our mail be forwarded. I would very much appreciate it if you could confirm that they will use DHL for the shipment. Unfortunately, the most important shipment, the one forwarded via USPS on June 21 has still not arrived. We will keep our fingers crossed that this finds its way to our home some time in the future.

I am very much looking forwards to using your service, because not only can the sheer variety and competitiveness of internet shopping on US sites just not be matched by overseas sites, but almost NONE of them ship overseas. Bad luck if you're not in the country! For example a RIO CALI 256MB MP3 player costs $US161.34 on Amazon.com, but the very same product costs a whopping 375 Australian dollars (that's 296 US dollars!) on an Australian website, and that's for one of the few products even available on non-US merchant sites!

The value of your service is measured in dollars for you, but for someone like me, the quality of life difference it makes is immeasurable. Actually, you're not a re-shipping company, you're a 'YIPPEE! YOU MADE MY DAY!' service!

Just a quick note to let you how fabulously quick this shipment was.

I received my shipment today- I couldn't believe my eyes !

It took around 55hrs from the time I sent the email for you to go ahead and receiving the box in Sydney.



FEDEX has responded today with my package. They apparently got it mixed up after it arrived here in Mali. Also inside was the detailed invoice as is usually sent by USABox. With this letter I thank you and your staff for 9 years of continuous service and forwarding my mail internationally without error or exception.

I was employed for 25 years by a global engineering operating company. The company personal mail practices and policy forwarded mail every 2 weeks on schedule. Some problems with company mail forwarding included receiving mail of no value, waiting for mail of value and never knowing for sure what or when mail would be sent. There were occasional problems with individual country customs clearing procedures.

When I decided to use the private mail service of USAbox, all of the above concerns were corrected. I could see my mail online at any time and determine what mail or when I would request forwarding. Individual country customs clearing procedures were understood by USAbox prior to forwarding mail.

I recommend USAbox mail forwarding services for international travelers and operating companies for the above reasons. The cost to individuals receiving mail is very reasonable and the ability to peruse mail online, in the mail box and determine personal importance of that mail and select shipping is an invaluable tool.

Operating companies can select USAbox service as a cost savings transferred to individuals who may prefer online control of their mail and use the cost as a tax deduction where that option applies.

I read a few negative comments online about your service before I joined and I believe (from my experience) those comments are unfounded because those people did not understand airfreight and the volumetric calculation that overrides weight. My point was to highlight this in my email.

As an Expat of 7 years and someone who has been involved in aviation for over 30 years, I felt compelled to write about the service provided by USAbox.com.

From the verification of my account through to the quick and efficient communications and intelligent, outstanding re-packing of my goods, I cannot fault the very professional service provided by your company. As a quick estimation, I believe your service has saved me around USD300 in terms of purchasing costs where I reside and if each piece was shipped separately rather than consolidated.

For those detractors out there, understand how airfreight works and how volume sometimes overrides weight. Air freight is an expensive business due to the nature of aviation and current high fuel costs. I found USAbox.com to be totally upfront about the fees involved, methodologies used and alternatives available to the customer.

All in all, from someone who started out as a sceptic, I am presently surprised and very impressed; there are stories of a lot of bad operators on the internet. A thoroughly professional, efficient and well-priced service that I will be using again in the future.

The hazmat items (hair lotion) arrived okay also. I noticed you had to
